Since I just travelled a frillion hours I have created some minor obsessions with certain travel carry-on must haves. So take my advice on my top 5.
1: Dr. Bronner's lavender hand sanitizer. This is a great choice because it's natural and doesn't have antibacterial. Antibacterial is bad for the environment, bad for our health and doesn't actually work better than soap. Dr. Bronner's uses good old fashioned alcohol to sanitize.
2. Peppermint Essential Oil. You can put this directly on your temples and behind your ears to ease a headache or to help give energy (you should do your own research when using essential oils). This is also great if you're sitting way too close to smelly guy and trying to breathe through your scarf thus significantly lowering your oxygen levels to avoid waves of B.O. A few drops at the base of your nose and you'll feel like your in a peppermint candy plane. Lastly you can rub it on your stomach to help ease nausea.
3. Toms Toothbrush and Toothpaste. Aint nobody want bad plane breath. One of the fastest ways to your bloodstream is through the arteries under your tongue. So letting toothpaste full of chemicals sit there every day is a fast way to absorption. Go natural.
4. Keys Eye Butter. I'm totally obsessed with this eye cream. It's super thick and perfect for when I get really dried out on a plane.
5. Omega Trek Mix Handfuls. Yum. Plane food is yuck.
